Algebra 2Oak Meadow's Algebra 2 course builds on foundational algebraic concepts, helping students develop the skills needed for success in Precalculus and beyond. Using Algebra 2 by Elayn Martin-Gay (Pearson, 2016) alongside MyMathLab, students engage with interactive tools and real-world applications that make advanced math both accessible and meaningful.This course covers intermediate algebra topics while encouraging students to explore the connections between mathematics and everyday life. Students will engage in problem-solving, analyze mathematical ideas from historical and cultural perspectives, and apply concepts creatively. Extension topics provide opportunities to dive deeper into statistics and introductory precalculus, including trigonometric functions, identities, and equations.
