About this curriculum

This is a full-color edition of the vocabulary book in Level 2 of the MCT language arts curriculum. Caesar’s English I teaches children important vocabulary while giving them wide-ranging insight into the ancient world and its contributions to our lives, including the language of the ancient Romans: Latin, which is the foundation of modern academic English. The book contains numerous examples of how great writers have used the vocabulary words, as well as excellent nonfiction essays that explore the history and architecture of ancient Roman civilization and poems written by Michael himself, some of which are translated into Spanish to illustrate the Latin foundation of both languages…
