About this curriculum

Primary Mathematics SIE 1B introduces young learners to foundational math concepts with an emphasis on problem-solving and real-world applications. Textbook 1 B   builds on  early numeracy with numbers to 100, addition and subtraction within 100, and an introduction to multiplication and division  through hands-on activities and visual models that support the CPA approach. Practice Book 1 B   provides   structured reinforcement opportunities through recall activities, guided practice, and simple word problems. Parents and teachers guide and enrich lessons using the digital Teacher’s Guide 1 B   eBook, which offers teaching instructions,   fully-worked   solutions, activities, and more. Aligned with the Singapore Ministry of Education’s most current mathematics syllabus, Primary Mathematics SIE emphasizes conceptual understanding, reasoning, and real-world problem-solving.
