We enjoyed using Canadian Art Ideas at the kitchen table. It helped with making regular space for creative work. A useful resource, though we needed to adapt more than we expected.

We enjoyed using Engaging Primary Music between our library visits. It helped with making music part of a regular routine. It gave us a useful starting point, and we adapted the pace.
We enjoyed using Adventures in Writing in our morning learning block. It helped with getting an idea started before worrying about polish. We would use it again alongside the resources we already enjoy.

We enjoyed using Collins 11+ Practice - 11+ Verbal Reasoning Vocabulary Practice: For the 2026 CEM alongside a weekly co-op. It helped with connecting learning with our everyday routine. It worked best when we kept sessions short and consistent.

We enjoyed using Canadian French Draw and Write during a quiet afternoon session. It helped with making language practice more regular. We liked having a resource to return to instead of starting from scratch.

We enjoyed using 1st ed RightStart Math Worksheets as part of our home learning routine. It helped with breaking a tricky idea into smaller steps. We made room for extra discussion rather than trying to finish quickly.

We enjoyed using All About Homophones when we wanted a change of pace. It helped with keeping reading practice manageable. It was a welcome addition, though we still adjusted it to suit our week.

We enjoyed using Accelerated Studies in Physics and Chemistry on the days we learned together. It helped with starting a conversation about how things work. We would recommend looking at the publisher’s sample before deciding.

We enjoyed using A Pageant of History Series during a shorter school week. It helped with putting an event into a broader context. For us, the value was in returning to it regularly.

We enjoyed using Collins Geography - Movement – 4 in a small learning space. It helped with connecting a place name with a real location. We liked the direction it gave us while leaving room to add our own ideas.
