A Fairly Creative Guide to Telling Tales: An Introduction to Creative Writing was a helpful part of our learning during a quiet afternoon session. It helped with making writing sessions feel manageable. For us, the value was in returning to it regularly.
Collins 11+ - 11+ Non-Verbal Reasoning and Spatial Reasoning Support and Practice: For the GL 2026 was a helpful part of our learning as part of our home learning routine. It helped with talking through a task before trying it. We liked the direction it gave us while leaving room to add our own ideas.
Audio Tracks for Speaking German with Miss Mason and François was a helpful part of our learning when we wanted a change of pace. It helped with being willing to try before getting everything right. We would keep it in our regular rotation.
A Year of Math was a helpful part of our learning on the days we learned together. It helped with returning to a concept without rushing. It gave us a useful starting point, and we adapted the pace.
All About Spelling Science Words Packet was a helpful part of our learning during a shorter school week. It helped with making time for reading together. We would use it again alongside the resources we already enjoy.
Anatomy and Physiology was a helpful part of our learning in a small learning space. It helped with connecting a topic with what we notice outside. It worked best when we kept sessions short and consistent.
'Book of' Collection was a helpful part of our learning at the kitchen table. It helped with adding a useful starting point for discussion. A useful resource, though we needed to adapt more than we expected.
Around the World Europe, South America was a helpful part of our learning between our library visits. It helped with making our map conversations more focused. We made room for extra discussion rather than trying to finish quickly.
Art Appreciation was a helpful part of our learning in our morning learning block. It helped with talking about the choices in a finished piece. It was a welcome addition, though we still adjusted it to suit our week.
Abracadabra Strings - Abracadabra Violin: The way to learn through songs and tunes was a helpful part of our learning alongside a weekly co-op. It helped with building a little practice into the week. We would recommend looking at the publisher’s sample before deciding.
