We enjoyed using Brush Drawing at the kitchen table. It helped with trying an idea without worrying about perfection. A useful resource, though we needed to adapt more than we expected.

We enjoyed using Doodling Dragons ABC Songs MP3 between our library visits. It helped with listening closely before trying something ourselves. It gave us a useful starting point, and we adapted the pace.

We enjoyed using Academic Writing II in our morning learning block. It helped with talking through a thought before writing it down. We would use it again alongside the resources we already enjoy.

We enjoyed using Collins 11+ Practice - 11+ Verbal Reasoning Practice Papers alongside a weekly co-op. It helped with making time to practise a useful skill. It worked best when we kept sessions short and consistent.

We enjoyed using Canadian French Daily Science during a quiet afternoon session. It helped with revisiting useful words in short sessions. We liked having a resource to return to instead of starting from scratch.
We enjoyed using 11+ Ultimate Exam Preparation Bundle as part of our home learning routine. It helped with talking through how we reached an answer. We made room for extra discussion rather than trying to finish quickly.

We enjoyed using Alberta: Land and People when we wanted a change of pace. It helped with returning to familiar sounds with confidence. It was a welcome addition, though we still adjusted it to suit our week.

We enjoyed using Accelerated Chemistry on the days we learned together. It helped with writing down questions to explore later. We would recommend looking at the publisher’s sample before deciding.

We enjoyed using A Level History of Art during a shorter school week. It helped with asking whose perspective we were reading. For us, the value was in returning to it regularly.

We enjoyed using Collins Geography - Investigation – 3 in a small learning space. It helped with talking about places beyond our own community. We liked the direction it gave us while leaving room to add our own ideas.
